Bay Discovery Muesum

So yesterday June 2 we went to the Children's Discovery Museum of the bay. We had a good time. It is very well organized and unlike some other museums has well defined spaces. The Children's museum also has a promotion that it is free entry on the first Wednesday of every month. In addition, I loved that this museum had some great outdoor play areas. It truly had something for a variety of ages and interests. Here are a few pictures:

Lily standing on the bridge at the tot spot

Playing at the river in the Tot Spot. She had fun playing with the rubber fishes.

Inside the tot spot. Lily enjoyed riding the waves and also being an insect. Very interactive.

Inside the space exhibit.. in my opinion this is one for the older kids Lily did not have much interest in it

Art Studio: This is dived into two age groups prek/kinder and tot. In the tot section they had a sand table, wooden blocks, 2 painting stations (one paper and one on glass), and magnetic building station. For the older kids they had a variety of art tools and their goal was to create something out of cardboard.

Outdoor Play area: with a variety of play areas including a gravel pit with shovels and dumb trucks, the Bay bridge, and boat.

Wave Workshop. Another one that is great for older kids but Lily had a great time. Interactive.

Discovery Hall: Another great exhibit. Had a large train set, boat, port of San Fransisco where the kids can net crabs, port of Oakland, and a toll both!

This is how Adriano spent the day... I love my sleepy wrap
Plus I am learning how to wear him and this was much more comfortable for both of us!
