Chukie E. Cheese

Liliana had a great time with some of her friends at Chukie E. Cheese. We celebrated her birthday. Thank you to Ashton, Aiden, Adrian, Ashley, Kevyn, and Tony for comming. Liliana had such a great time playing all the games.

Adriano is 27 weeks old as of yesterday and so cute...

First..

First taste of meat today... yes it was pureed. Adriano also had a piece of pineapple yesterday at the party!

Antionio's Baptism

Visiting Prima Deanna

On Sunday May 9th, Mother's Day we went and visited prima Deanna. Liliana was so excited, to meet the baby that she had heard so much about. The hospital where my Madrinha had the baby still had the H1H1 rule.

Birthday Party Fun!

I canceled Lily's big party due to the arrival of our Goddaughter and me being ill prepared. So, we decided to take the kids to the park for Lily's birthday. Lily had fun playing with Ashton and Aidan. Then we came back and opened presents with Padrinho and Avo and had cake. Simple yet fun!

Milestone

On May 3rd, Adriano was placed on his back and rolled for the first time. He sometimes will not left his head independently partly due to the fact that he is not sure where to place his arms to help support, but with assistance he is able to roll over. Adriano perfers to be on his back and at this point will not roll over on to his tummy again. Of course when you try to catch these moments on Camera it is not always sucessful!

Susan and Joey

Saturday May 1st was a very busy day for us. On the morning of Sunday May 1st I went to proctor the SAT's at my local high school, then I rushed home changed clothes and headed to Susan and Joey's wedding.

Susan is a dear friend of mine. We went to high school together and she would help me get off campus even though I was just a freshman! Memories. It was nice to share in their special day. Here are a few pictures from the days events.





Due to planing to many events on the same day, we did not share in their happiness for as long as we would have liked, after their first dance and dinner we headed off to our local Relay for Life. This year I was able to make it for the luminare celebration it was a very touching event. Marco joined me and together we relayed in honor of his mother.

24 weeks old

Today you turned 24 weeks old, it is hard to believe that you are growing so fast. You light up our lives, we are so greatful to be choosen for the role of your mom and dad.

Festa Fun

On April 24-25 Lilana participated in the Chowchilla festa. Ashley, my goddaughter was queen and Liliana was her fill in side maid for Friday night at the Rosary and Saturday at the Bode de Leite. This particular weekend was a lot of work, but also a lot of fun! The girls had such a great time and I knew that if I could not find Lily she would be with Ashley. Below are a few pictures of the days events. I am very proud of Lily because she was not afraid to ride in a float and she walked the whole parade. Both kids did great adjusting to the fact that mommy was busy working the bizarre.


In Chowchilla, the queens ride in a float. Our float was themed beach fun, we had a large trailer with blue poly wrap for water and then it was filled with beach toys. Their was a cute beach scene behind each of the girls and they sat in beach chairs so cute!
